Kirsten Stout has been passionate about dance since the age of 3, training in multiple genres and honing her skills throughout her life. In high school, she excelled as a member and leader of the Copper Hills Drill Team, helping the squad secure three consecutive state championship titles. During this time, she was personally awarded the “All State Drill” award for two consecutive years. Kirsten was a solo contestant for Miss Drill her senior year. She catapulted to the top of the global stage winning the title “Miss Drill International”.

After graduating high school, Kirsten joined the UVU Dance Team, where she achieved remarkable success, winning six national championships and a world championship gold medal. Her accomplishments have made her a sought-after choreographer, traveling across the country to work with top-tier dance teams and bringing her expertise to various studios.

At her home studio in Utah, Synergy Academy, Kirsten serves as an integral faculty member, applying her vast knowledge and creative vision to inspire young dancers. Her fierce competitive nature is complemented by her compassionate work as an oncology nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital. This unique blend of empathy and tenacity enriches the learning experience for all her students, as Kirsten strives to foster both their dance skills and personal growth.
